These terms apply to MarketCalendars.com and its pages, feeds and API, run by Trading Data Services, LLC ("we", "us"). By using MarketCalendars.com you agree to them. The API terms also apply when you use the API or widgets, and the privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
What MarketCalendars.com is
A reference for trading hours, holidays, early closes and live open or closed status of exchanges and other markets. It is provided for planning and information.
Data and accuracy
- Calendars are built from open-source libraries (pandas_market_calendars, exchange_calendars and holidays) and refreshed weekly. Exchanges can change hours or add closures at short notice, and future holidays are often projections.
- We work to keep the data correct but give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Always confirm critical dates and times with the exchange.
- MarketCalendars.com is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Not investment advice
Nothing on MarketCalendars.com is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own trading and business decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not overload, probe or disrupt the service, or try to get around rate limits, quotas or security measures.
- Do not scrape the website at a rate that harms it; use the API instead.
- Do not use MarketCalendars.com for anything unlawful, or to mislead others about where the data comes from.
We may block or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Accounts
When accounts are available, you sign in with a link or code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Paid plans and billing
Prices are shown before you subscribe and are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes; we do not collect or remit sales tax or VAT, and you are responsible for any tax due in your country. Upgrades take effect straight away and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. You can cancel at any time in billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on the data, including trading losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and, for account holders, by email before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trading Data Services, LLC is organised, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
