Get a year of non-settlement days

GET/api/v2/markets/{market}/non-settlement-days/{year}

Trading days on which the settlement system is closed, so trades settle a day later. Available for US, euro-area, UK and Japanese markets; elsewhere available is false with an explanation

One request: one year. A successful response counts as one request
